Questions and answers
Straight answers about how PaceX works, what things cost, and how rewards are earned.
Getting started
What is PaceX?
PaceX is a learning platform where education is the product. You buy access to paid courses, learn real skills, and earn verifiable certificates. Each paid activation also places a position in your linked network, and a fixed share of every activation funds community rewards for the members whose networks new activations land in.
Is joining free?
Yes. Creating an account costs nothing, and free content is open to every member. You only pay when you choose to unlock a paid course.
What does it cost?
A paid activation is $10.00. It unlocks one paid course of your choice and places one position in your linked network. There are no subscriptions, no monthly fees, and no hidden charges — tax, where it applies in your country, is shown at checkout.
What do I need before I can buy anything?
An active account, acceptance of the current Terms of Service and Rewards Program & Monetization Terms, and a country where purchases are available. The checkout walks you through anything missing.
Do I have to recruit anyone?
No. There is no recruitment requirement anywhere on PaceX. You can learn, earn certificates, and never invite a soul. Community rewards exist for those whose networks grow — through their own invitations or through placements the system makes — but growth is never an obligation.
Learning, courses and certificates
What's the difference between free and paid courses?
Free courses are open to everyone the moment they join — no purchase, no catch. Paid courses are unlocked one at a time, each by one paid activation or one Pass. The catalog labels every course clearly so you always know which is which before you tap anything.
What do I actually get with a paid course?
Full access to its lessons — video, audio, documents and interactive content — its assessments, and, when you pass, a certificate carrying a unique verification code anyone can check publicly.
Are the certificates real?
Every certificate has a public verification page and a scannable code. Employers, clients, or anyone else can confirm it was genuinely issued, to whom, and for which course — without needing a PaceX account.
Who creates the courses?
Vetted educators. Every course passes a review board before publication, and courses can be flagged, revised, or retired based on quality and accuracy.
Can I learn at my own pace?
Yes — progress saves automatically, lessons resume where you left off, and nothing expires while your access is active.
Passes
What is a Pass?
A Pass unlocks one paid course of your choice, whenever you choose it. Buying a Pass is a full $10.00 activation — it places its own position in your linked network immediately — plus a course unlock you can spend later.
Can I buy several Passes at once?
Yes — up to 10 in a single checkout, with one payment for the total. Each Pass in the bundle is its own complete activation from the moment payment settles: its own position, its own reward flow, its own refund rights.
Do Passes expire?
No. A Pass stays yours until you use it.
Is a Pass a stored money balance?
No — and this is deliberate. A Pass is a course unlock, never money. It has no cash value, cannot be converted, transferred, or withdrawn, and is not a deposit of any kind.
Can I earn Passes without buying them?
Yes. Growth milestones in your network award Passes automatically — currently 1 per milestone. Awarded Passes unlock courses exactly like purchased ones, but since nothing was paid for them, they have no refund value.
How do I use a Pass?
Open any paid course you're not enrolled in and choose 'Use a Pass'. The course unlocks instantly and the Pass is spent. One Pass per course.
Your linked network
What is my linked network?
The community structure connected to your account. Every paid activation — yours or anyone's — occupies exactly one position. Positions arrange two-wide: when your direct spots are taken, new positions flow to the nearest open spot deeper in your structure, so growth you helped start keeps building beneath you.
What is a position, exactly?
One paid activation = one position, permanently recorded. Your own extra activations and Passes each add a new position inside your own structure, grouped to your account so everything they generate reports to one place.
What happens when someone joins after my spots are full?
The system places them at the nearest open spot further down — automatically, by a published placement rule, with the placement recorded and traceable. Nobody is skipped and nothing is manual.
Can PaceX staff create positions for free, or move mine?
No. There is no administrative permission on the platform that can create a position without a real activation, adjust a balance, or override progression — these permissions do not exist in the system, for anyone, by design. Every placement is recorded with its rule trace.
What are growth milestones?
Each position tracks the completed activations beneath it. Every time that count crosses another 1,000, a milestone fires: bonus positions are added inside your structure automatically, and you receive 1 Pass. Milestones repeat at every 1,000 — there is no ceiling.
Do the bonus positions cost me anything?
Nothing. They are provisioned by the platform from a dedicated reserve that every activation contributes to. They then participate in your structure like any other position you own.
Rewards and the money rules
How do rewards work?
A fixed share of every paid activation — currently 25% — is the community reward budget. It is distributed across up to fifteen cycles of the network above the new position, on a published schedule. Rewards only ever come from real course purchases; there is no other source.
How much will I earn?
Nobody can tell you that, and you should be suspicious of anyone who tries. Rewards depend entirely on real activity in your network. Many members will earn little or nothing. PaceX makes no earnings claims, publishes no projections, and offers no calculators of hypothetical income — deliberately.
Is this a job or an investment?
Neither. You are buying course access. Rewards are a benefit of community growth, not wages, interest, dividends, or returns on capital. Nothing on PaceX is a security, a deposit, or an investment product.
What do Pending, Held and Available mean?
Every new reward starts Pending for 7 days — the waiting window during which the purchase that created it can still be refunded. After that it becomes Available (ready to withdraw, subject to the rules below) or Held if a qualification or compliance condition applies. Held rewards release when the condition resolves.
Why the waiting window?
Because refunds must never take back money someone already withdrew. The 7-day reward window matches the 7-day refund window exactly — so a refund can only ever reverse rewards that were still Pending. Your Available balance can never be reduced by someone else's refund.
Where can I see my rewards?
Your dashboard shows every reward with its state and origin in plain language, and every number traces to a permanent double-entry record that is never edited — corrections only ever appear as new balancing entries.
Withdrawals and identity verification
How do I withdraw?
From your Available balance, once you meet the eligibility rules: an activated rewards pathway, identity verification, acceptance of the current rewards terms, no compliance holds, and at least $20.00 — the minimum payout. Requests are reviewed and then paid out through payment providers or bank transfer.
Why do you need identity verification?
Because we pay real money to real people, and the law of every serious jurisdiction requires us to know who we're paying. It also protects your balance from being claimed by someone pretending to be you.
What are the verification levels?
Basic verification lets you withdraw up to $200.00 per request and $500.00 in total. Advanced verification removes those limits. If your earnings grow quickly, we'll prompt you for advanced verification automatically.
How long do withdrawals take?
Requests are reviewed by a human operator, then paid in batches through the payment provider or bank rail available in your region. If a transfer fails at the provider, the money returns to your Available balance automatically — it is never lost in between.
Can free members withdraw?
No. Withdrawing requires the rewards pathway: complete a course, verify your identity, and accept the rewards terms. Until then, rewards that reach you are safely held, not lost.
Refunds
What is the refund window?
7 days from purchase, in line with consumer protection standards. Within the window, a purchase is refundable unless its value has already been consumed — for example, a certificate was already delivered for the course it unlocked.
What happens to my position if I refund?
The position stays in the structure but is switched off — it stops participating in rewards permanently. The money story of that activation is fully reversed: rewards it created are taken back from the Pending state, and your payment is returned.
If someone below me refunds, do I lose money?
Only the exact Pending amount that specific activation paid you — never more, and never anything from your Available balance. Because the refund window and the reward waiting window are the same 7 days, refunded money is always still Pending when it reverses.
Can I refund one Pass from a bundle?
Yes. Each Pass is its own purchase. Refunding one reverses exactly that Pass — its position, its rewards, its course unlock if unused — and leaves the rest of your bundle untouched.
Educators and partners
How do I become an educator?
Apply from your dashboard. Approved educators get the full course builder — modules, lessons, assessments, certificates — and every course goes through review before publication.
What is a partner arrangement?
Organisations and educators can be allocated reserved blocks of positions, grouped under one account, as part of a commercial agreement. Partner earnings switch on only after the partner accepts the platform terms — structure first, money only after consent.
Can someone sponsor my activation?
Yes — sponsors can fund activations for others. The sponsored member owns their position fully; the sponsor receives a disclosed share of that member's rewards for the agreed period.
Trust, security and the fine print
How do I know this isn't a scheme where money just moves upward?
Fair question — ask it everywhere you take your money. On PaceX: every reward is funded by a real course purchase with real educational value delivered; there is no payment for recruiting; no inventory, no starter kits, no monthly qualification purchases; joining is free; and the reward share of every purchase is fixed and published. If nobody ever bought another course, nobody would owe anybody anything — that is the test that matters.
How is the money actually kept honest?
Every unit of money lives in an append-only double-entry ledger whose balance rule is enforced by the database itself. Nothing is ever edited or deleted; corrections are balancing entries. No administrator — at any level — has a permission that can mint balance. An operations team cross-checks the records against provider statements, and disagreements are surfaced as exceptions, worked, and logged.
What happens to my personal data?
Identity documents live in an encrypted vault with per-access audit logging — every single view by any staff member is recorded. Bank details are encrypted and used only at payout execution. We publish a Privacy Policy and mean it.
What if the rules change?
Material terms are versioned. When a document changes, you'll be asked to accept the new version before the affected action proceeds — nothing is slipped in silently. Business numbers like pricing live under governance controls with immutable decision histories.
Who is behind PaceX?
ArkLive Ventures. The legal documents on this site name the operating entity, and every certificate, payment, and payout runs under it.
I found a problem. Who do I tell?
Use the support option in your dashboard — reports go straight into the operations queue with tracking. Security researchers: responsible disclosure is welcomed and taken seriously.
