Welcome to PaceX, operated by ArkLive Ventures ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Your account. You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be of legal age in your jurisdiction. One account per person. We may suspend accounts for fraud, abuse, or breach of these terms; suspensions are reviewable.

The service. PaceX provides online courses, certificates, community features, and a rewards program governed by the separate Rewards Program & Monetization Terms, which you must accept before your first purchase.

Purchases. Course prices are shown before checkout. Applicable taxes are added at checkout where required. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.

Content. Course content belongs to its creators and licensors. You may not redistribute it. Content you submit as a creator remains yours; you grant us a license to host and display it.

Acceptable use. No unlawful conduct, no misrepresentation of the platform or its rewards program when sharing referral links, no automated scraping, no attempts to manipulate placement or rewards.

Liability. The service is provided as-is to the extent permitted by law. Our liability is limited to amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding a claim, to the extent permitted by law.

Changes. We version these terms; material changes require re-acceptance.
