Rewards Program & Monetization Terms

How rewards work

PaceX is a learning platform. When you purchase a course, you may become eligible to receive rewards when people in your linked network make qualifying purchases. Your linked network extends up to fifteen levels of connection from you. Rewards are calculated as a portion of each qualifying purchase; the reward percentage is variable and is configured by the platform. It can change at any time for future purchases. Changes never alter rewards you have already earned.

Becoming eligible for monetization

To receive rewards you must: complete at least one course and pass its required quiz; complete identity verification; and accept the current version of these terms. Until you complete these steps, any rewards attributable to you accrue and are held for you; nothing is lost while you qualify.

Balances, holds, and timing

Rewards from a purchase remain pending for seven days from payment. After this window, rewards move to your Held balance or your Available balance depending on your eligibility status. Only your Available balance can be withdrawn. Withdrawals require an active monetization status, identity verification appropriate to the amount, a minimum withdrawal amount, and acceptance of the current version of these terms. A withdrawal review or account review may temporarily pause withdrawals; accrual continues during any review.

Refunds

Purchases may be refunded within the seven-day window if no certificate has been issued for the course, no withdrawal has been made, and no rewards from the purchase have been paid out. See the Refund Policy for full details.

Income disclosure

PaceX has not yet published income statistics because the platform is new and no representative data exists. We will not state or imply what a typical participant earns until real data exists. Any amount you receive depends on activity in your linked network, which is not predictable and not promised. Many participants may receive nothing.

Plain statements

There are no guaranteed earnings. There is no passive income. PaceX offers no investment return of any kind. Rewards depend entirely on qualifying purchases actually made, and may be zero.

Participation confers no equity, no shares, no ownership, and no investment rights in ArkLive Ventures or the PaceX platform. Purchases are payments for education products, not investments of any kind. The platform maintains operating reserves that support reward stability; these reserves are company accounting and create no rights for participants.

Changes to these terms

We version these terms. Material changes require you to accept the new version before making further purchases or withdrawals.
